Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed once payment is completed.
Your time slot is reserved specifically for you and is no longer available for other clients.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made on the same day as the booking are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking once at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours before your booking date.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking date are subject to availability and may not be accepted.

Late Arrivals
Your booking begins at the scheduled time.
Late arrival will not extend your session time.

No-Shows
Failure to arrive for your booking will be treated as a completed session and is non-refundable.
